Necessitis strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for US and Canada orders within 7 DAYS from the date of delivery and in new, unused condition with original packaging. Exchanges are not available in Australia, and orders can only be returned. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refund (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer).


Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges up to 7 DAYS after delivery date with all tags attached. All "Sale" items are final and can not be exchanged or return. If exchange is due to purchase of an incorrect size, there will be a new shipping charge included.


Exceptions/non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


If you would like to cancel your order after it is placed there will be a 45% CANCELLATION FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS!
